Are your products authentic?
All products we sell are guaranteed to be authentic. If any product we sell is found not is be genuine, we will refund the customer the value of the product multiplied by 5.

How can you guarantee all your products are authentic?
We only sell products that have been imported into China through official and legal channels and we purchase only from the importers directly, or in some cases their exclusive distributors.

Do you have a minimum order?
No; not in terms of a fixed minimum RMB amount per order. 

Do you offer free delivery?
For orders over 500RMB we offer free delivery within the Middle Ring Road in Puxi and within the Inner Ring Road in Pudong. Delivery to areas outside our “Free Delivery Area” may be charged a nominal fee which will be determined on a case by case basis, but will typically not exceed 40RMB.
For orders under 500RMB a flat fee of 20RMB will be charged for deliveries within the Middle Ring Road in Puxi and within the Inner Ring Road in Pudong.

What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept cash on delivery for orders within Shanghai.
For orders to be delivered to cities other than Shanghai we require pre-payment into our bank account prior to shipment.
For international customers we will convert the order total to US dollars and provide our PayPal account details, so payment can be made safely and securely using a credit card or other bank card.

If I make an order when will it be delivered?
We now have the ability to offer same day delivery between 2PM-9PM on most items. If you require urgent delivery please contact us by telephone.
If you require morning delivery, the order must be placed the previous day.
Please note we do not deliver on Sundays or most Chinese Holidays.
Sometimes we may be unable to deliver wine on Saturdays. This is because our wine is warehoused separately from our other stock in a temperature controlled facility on the outskirts of Shanghai and is closed on both Saturday and Sunday.
Cigar orders will be delivered within 2-3 days.

Do you deliver outside Shanghai?
Although we do not have the ability to deliver to cities other than Shanghai ourselves, we do have a great relationship with various freight companies than assist with deliveries to other provinces. However we require pre-payment into our bank account prior to shipping.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times for deliveries to cities other than Shanghai?
Freight costs can be negotiated by us on behalf of the customer (if requested) on a case by case basis, but for larger orders generally range for 8-25RMB per case (depending on location, quantity etc.), with an extra flat fee if delivery is required from the freight company’s depot to the customer’s door/premises.
For smaller orders we use a courier company, which is more expensive, but still reasonably priced. We can provide quotations on request.
Delivery time varies by location, but typically takes between 1-3 days.

Can you offer products not found on your website?
Yes, we stock many more products than just those on our website. If you have any special requests just contact us and ask. 

What should I do if my order is delivered and something is incorrect or missing?
Contact us immediately and we will resolve the problem ASAP.
