Tasmania is an island of rainforest wilderness situated in the Southernmost part of Australia. As a result, Tasmania is sparkling clean, helped by it's isolation and protected by the Great Southern Ocean which surrounds it. The winds which reach it's shores are the famed Roaring Forties, (latitude 40 degrees south) blowing uninterrupted more than half way around the globe, from the Andes to Tasmania - resulting in the best rainwater in the world. This wonderful rain falls on our mountains and valleys and becomes true wilderness water, re-emerging eventually in natural springs - clean and pristine. This Spring water is pumped from 20 metres below the ground where it lays upon a bed of bluestone, one of natures purest forms of filtration.
