Orders can be made either through the online store or over the telephone. Please call 13564190998 (between 11:30am-9pm, Monday-Saturday) if you have any enquiries and or would like to make an order.

All customers who place an online order through the store will be contacted by telephone to confirm all items ordered are in stock and to arrange a suitable delivery time etc.

There is no minimum order in terms of a fixed RMB amount. Please see our Payments & Delivery page for details regarding shipping fees.

The minimum order for wine is 6 bottles. However they can be a mixture of any 6 bottles you wish. This is because our wine is warehoused separately from our other stock in a temperature controlled facility on the outskirts of Shanghai. Furthermore, on occasions delivery times may be slower for wine.

We accept returns if there is an error on our part and the wrong item(s) is delivered. If this is the case we will either replace it with the correct item, give the customer a store credit or a refund.

We also accept returns under our “Authenticity Guarantee”, which guarantees the authenticity of each and every product we sell. All our products are imported legally through Chinese customs and are guaranteed to be genuine. If any product we sell is found not is be genuine, we will refund the customer the value of the product multiplied by 5.

We DO NOT under any circumstances supply alcohol to minors. If there is any doubt, photo ID will be required upon delivery.
